During her undergraduate and graduate studies, she worked in the field of clinical psychology with a focus on trauma and resilience. She completed a two-year internship at the Turkish Red Crescent Mental Health Unit, where she conducted educational programs for widowed immigrant women and provided psychological support for children affected by war. She also completed internships at Mona Psychology in the clinical area and at Safir International Schools in psychological counseling.
Her academic interests include trauma, psychological resilience, war-related stress, and the clinical integration of Islamic psychology into mental health interventions. She has worked on two academic papers and continues to conduct research in trauma-focused clinical psychology. She holds a certificate in Psychological First Aid under the Kızılay Department. She is fluent in Arabic, English, and Turkish.
