Between 2016 and 2018, she participated in internship and supervision groups under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Doğan Şahin at the Social Psychiatry Service of the Istanbul Çapa Medical Faculty. She was an observer in the sessions of Prof. Dr. Öget Öktem Tanör in the Clinical Neuropsychology department of the same hospital.
While doing her internship in London in 2017, she participated in research at the Experimental Psychology Laboratory of the Queen Mary University of London. She conducted research on providing better psychotherapy services to refugees and improving existing services; she joined the team that conducted meta-analysis studies on psychotherapy services provided over the phone. In 2018, she took courses from experts in her field at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands within the scope of the Erasmus exchange program.
In 2019, she started working as a visiting researcher at the Psychiatric Hospital of the University of Zurich, Switzerland. During this period, she participated in many studies and took part in the review team on "Treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder". She attended the sessions held in Turkish and English at the same University and the Psychiatric Hospital as an observer and practitioner.
Between 2020-2021, she was accepted to the "Beck Oriented Cognitive Therapy and Clinical Skills Development Program" conducted by Dr. Emel Stroup at CBTiSTANBUL and served as Dr. Emel Stroup's assistant during this process.
She is currently writing her thesis at Ibn Haldun University’s Clinical Psychology Integrated Doctoral Program (a special program where master's and doctoral programs are combined together) and works as a research and teaching assistant at the university. She speaks advanced English, intermediate Arabic and German.
