 Narrative Group Project: Different Ways of Coping in the Corona Virus Process

The changes to our lives due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the way we are forced to live (isolation), the anxiety about the prospect of losing loved ones, concerns about our own health, and uncertainties about the future led to a group project run by a team of psychologists. Initiated by narrative psychotherapist Ms İclal Eskioğlu Aydın, group workshops (on 4 separate occasions) were held with a team of psychologists from the Ibn Haldun University Clinical Psychology Graduate program. The workshop content consisted of discussions regarding the difficulties experienced during this period and the discovery of effective ways to cope with these difficulties together.
