During her undergraduate studies, she did an internship at Bakırköy Psychiatric Hospital. She continues her studies at Ibn Haldun University Clinical Psychology Integrated Doctoral Program (a special program where master's and doctoral programs are held together) with her thesis study "Eating Disorders from the Perspective of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: The Effectiveness of the Eating Disorders Prevention Program Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy". Her academic interests include body image, psychological flexibility and perspective taking. She is also a member of the Turkish Psychologists Association.
