In collaboration with Hasan Kalyoncu University, the project will focus on the experiences of secondary trauma among teachers, healthcare workers, and other professionals who served in the aftermath of the February 6 Earthquakes. In July, these professionals will be hosted at İbn Haldun University Campus for a series of group discussions.
In the second phase of project, meetings will be held with decision-makers working in Ministries and relevant institutions. The findings and solution proposals gathered during the first workshop will be shared with them.
The primary aim of the project is to raise awareness about the secondary trauma experienced by professionals working in the field and to contribute to the development of policy-level solutions.
